I got top-notch service from Alarm Grid, seriously five stars and then some. Travis Cox was the tech who assisted me in figuring out the keypad that wasn’t functioning for the system. He was super patient and really knowledgeable. I’ll surely be turning to Alarm Grid again for all my alarm service requirements.

For more than five years, I've been using AlarmGrid at various places. I can't recommend AlarmGrid enough to my family and pals over any other security firms. They offer and support all the gear you might need. Fred Daniels was a lifesaver, helping me fix a trouble alert at 7pm on a Friday! I'm sure I've got the finest home security out there with AlarmGrid.

I set up two lynx systems at the same time. One kicked in right away, while the other was a bit of a pain. I managed to fix the communicator problems after chatting with Freddie from tech support. Now, both systems are running smoothly. The total connect system is a cool extra interface. Kudos!

I got myself a Vista 20-P, LTE-IV, a transceiver, and some wireless gear for the door. Darrel and his crew of pros guided me through the whole setup from the ground up. Alarmgrid is top-notch, and Darrel is their finest tech.
